We begin with fresh, naturally grown broccoli sprouts. Using our special hydro-blending method, we break open plant cells in a cold, water-based process that keeps delicate bioactive compounds safe.
The purée is then gently heated to 70°C—a crucial step that:
• Deactivates epithiospecifier protein (ESP), maximising sulforaphane formation
• Supports efficient conversion of glucoraphanin into active sulforaphane via myrosinase
• Reduces antinutrients and undesirable compounds
• Provides effective microbial control while maintaining nutritional integrity
